Currently, Multipet® only offers the ability to purchase Multipet® Multipacks through our website. Multipet® does not offer the ability to purchase any other products online for wholesalers, retailers, or consumers.

For consumers that have purchased a Multipet® product from their local pet store or preferred online retailer, please contact the retail establishment that you purchased the product from and follow their return policy guidelines.
For consumers that have purchased a Multipet® Multipack: All Multipet Multipack boxes are final sale unless item is damaged upon receipt. Send an email to info@multipet.com within 30 days including an image of damages and someone will be in touch.
WARNING: Always supervise your pet when playing with pet toys. Multipet® products should be inspected periodically for damage. Do not permit your pet to continue playing with a toy that is broken or damaged. Please discard toy when worn. No pet toy is indestructible.
